Cadillac Escalade ESV The ideal sport utility vehicle for large families or those seeking a luxury car rental with a lot of space for luggage, the 2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV seats up to eight people and features 46 cubes of luggage capacity behind third-row seats. And while the ESV has always been a favorite amongst SUV enthusiasts, recent redesigns have resulted in a vehicle that’s bigger and better than not only the competition, but it’s previous model.

Towing up to 7,800 pounds, the ESV features a 130-inch extended wheelbase and is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine. Generating 403 horsepower and 417 pound-feet of torque, the exotic car rental comes in either two-wheel or all-wheel drive and features a standard six-speed automatic transmission that includes two different modes – tow/haul and manual shift.

On top of being one of the most powerful SUV’s on the market, the Escalade ESV is also very luxurious as well. Featuring soft leather upholstery and the option of rear-seat entertainment, the interior of the Cadillac car rental is more reflective of an extravagant sedan than a rugged SUV. Optional power fold-and-flip second-row seating offers more space for extra people or, when flipped down, additional leg room for those sitting in the third row.

The ESV comes standard with xenon headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, power-folding mirros and a remote start feature. Those seeking additional luxuries have the option of upgrading to the V* Ultra luxury Collection Package, which includes a heated steering wheel, a sunroof and adaptive headlights. The ESV Platinum Package dresses up the exterior with 22-nch chrome wheels and a CTS-inspired front grille.

And while all these features may cause confusion for some, drivers of the ESV need not worry about figuring out how to operate their vehicle. User-friendly controls, including a large touch screen navigation system, are all available on the dash at the touch of your fingertips so you can control everything inside and outside of the car without having to take both hands off the wheel.
